// where I am

I've been living and working remotely from Pasadena, California since 2020. I consider myself a Pasadener now. It inspires a quiet way of living without sacrificing Los Angeles-adjacency. And it doesn't hurt to be in proximity to all the amazing food the San Gabriel Valley has to offer.

My pronouns are she/they. I go by she/her most of the time. My rule of thumb: I would prefer being referred to as they/them if we are less familiar.

// work

I'm now focused on helping businesses leverage AI internally and build AI products. I work with teams trying to figure out where AI actually fits into how they operate, what it means for how they build, and how to move from experimentation to real execution.

That direction comes directly from four years at Google, where I joined as a UX Program Manager in 2022. It was an interesting plot twist for my career. Joining a UX organization pushed me to think more thoroughly about what human experiences look like on the other side of technology, especially when it comes to AI. I spent most of those years program managing DORA, helping publish the 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 DORA Report. I was there when the research pivoted to AI-assisted software development, and I had a front-row seat to what separates organizations that get real value from AI from the ones that don't.

My time at Google concluded in early 2026.

This next chapter feels like a natural fit. I've spent years at the intersection of research, delivery, and emerging technology. I've honed new skills while continuing to use the ones I've relied on as an agile coach, technical program manager and more recently, a research program manager focused on AI. Now I get to bring all of that directly to the organizations that need it most.

// life

Lately, a great deal of my free time is spent learning new skills. This year, I intend to kickstart my business!

Last year was a challenging and momentous year. The LA fires had a huge impact in my family's life. We live about 2 miles out from Eaton Canyon and the first three months of 2025 was spent remediating the pollution and damage on our home. We also focused on supporting our community who suffered greatly during this period.

I also spent a lot of time in Asia. I'd say about over 2 months over the course of last year. I felt the need to be connected to my people back home more than any other year of my life.
